A Scholarship for the Military Child
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Golden Star USA Foundation's Scholarships for the Military Child was created to recognize the contributions and sacrifices military children make on a daily basis through deployments and supporting their military sponsor who volunteered to protect our freedoms. These scholarships will be awarded annually at $2000 each, with the number of scholarships dependent on generous donations to the foundation. Applications will be accepted until March 2, 2012, with announcement of recipients, coming in May. Scholarship checks will be mailed to the recipients made payable to the applicable colleges, no later than August 1, 2012. The Golden Star USA Foundation wishes to thank our contributors for their generosity in funding the GSUSA Foundation Scholarships for the Military Child Program.
