Karen A. Farrell, who was born in Honolulu, Hawaii to Lt. Colonel Charles W. Coffee (Deceased) and Carol Ann Coffee, enjoyed her entire youth as a "military brat", relocating from one Army Base to another with her four siblings and parents. She grew up fully understanding the stresses and requirements of those proudly serving our country, as well as the sacrifices that their dependents made during their loved one’s unselfish deployments.

Our Gala's chairperson is a retired successful businesswoman having owned both K. Farrell Interiors and Purse-onality Jeans; her unique custom handbag company. She is currently writing a book entitled "What'd You Just Say, Belly Laughs by Babes and Other Two Legged Dears" and is hoping to have it published in the near future.

Karen has been happily married to Stephen C. Farrell for 31 years this August and is the proud mother of three sons; Ryan, Nicholas, and Logan. She is a loving grandmother to her only grandchild, Ariana (seven), and her family has been perfectly completed with the addition of her two wonderful daughter-in-laws, Kelly and Elizabeth.
